Abstract
The contents of trace elements Fe,Cu,Zn,Ca,Mn,and Mg in horisenbada were studied by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. At the same time, these data were compared with the contents of trace elements in rise, millet and corn. The FAAS results indicated that contents of Fe,Zn,and Ca in horisenbada were higher than those in rise, millet and corn.So it is concluded from the above analysis that horisenbada is a best food for supplementing trace elements.
