Abstract

The content of trace elements (Mg,Cu,Fe,Zn,Pb,Cr,Mn,Cd,K,Co,Ni) in Cortex phellodendri Chinensis were detected by the flame atomic absorption spectrometry after treated by the wet digestion with HNO3-HClO4 in this paper. The results revealed that there were abundant K,Mn,Mg and Fe in Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis, and the content of the trace elements was KMnFeMgZnNiCrCuCdCoPb. These abundant trace elements which were helpful for health provided a high medical and edible value.
