Abstract
Objective:To detect the contents of six trace elements(Cu,Zn,Fe,Mg,Ca,K) in tricholoma matsutake by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. Methods:The samples were digested with HNO 3-HClO 4 and the contents of six trace elements were determined by calibration curve method. Results:The results showed that the contents of Cu,Zn,Fe,Mg,Ca,K in tricholoma matsutakes(100 g) were 8.72,14.35,36.90,8.31,41.56 and 2 352.87 mg,respectively. The recovery rates of the six trace elements ranged from 97.24% to 104.83% with all RSD being less than 4.73%.Conclusion:The results show that the tricholoma matsutake is rich in trace elements which is necessary for people. The method applied in this study is simple, accurate and satisfactory.
