The Possibility of Constructing the Harmonious Labor Relations in the Private Enterprise

The harmonious labor relations,a new type of labor relations with the Chinese characteristics,means that the labor and the owner devote themselves to promoting the development of the enterprise,do what is needed as possible as they could,and share profits and crises together,which is substantially different from the stability and alleviation of labor relations.This article holds that there is the possibility of constructing the harmonious labor relations with the fundamental elements,such as the special attribute of the labor relations in private enterprise,workers and employers' positive attitude,the abundant experiences.
