Abstract
Objective To investigate the continuous veno-venous hemofiltration((continous veno-venous hemofiltration,CVVH) series of blood perfusion(hemoperfusion,HP) treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) with acute kidney injury(AKI) methods of care. Methods 28 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in patients with acute kidney injury in routine medical treatment, based on the early line CVVH + HP treatment care and strengthen psychological care of patients, close observation of changes in patient vital signs, observation and treatment of concurrent time disease, ensure the normal operation of the machine, enhancing vascular access care. Results 28 patients underwent CVVH + HP treatment, early fever, tachycardia, shortness of breath, other symptoms were relieved.discharged 12 people, five people were discharged improved, transferred to general wards 6,6 deaths(21%),71.3% of patients fully recover renal function,20.2% partial recovery of renal function. Conclusion SAP combined AKI patients with CVVH + HP treatment was beneficial in patients with early recovery of renal function in the course of treatment in the intensive care nurses,is the protection of the successful completion of treatment.
