Abstract
Objective :To establish the methods for the quantification and quantitation of Qingre Zhenjing power.Method :Coptidis rhizome and Indigo Naturalis were identified by TLC.The content of geniposide was determined by HPLC.HPLC method was performed on a Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(13∶87).The wavelength of detector was 238 nm.Result :Characteristics of identification were very obvious.The linear range of geniposide was 24.58-73.74 μg(r=0.9996).The average recovery was 99.72%;RSD was 0.98%(n=6).Conclusion : The method can be used for the quality and quantity control of Qingre Zhenjing power.
