On Procuratorial Supervision System in Administration from the Perspective of Constitutionalism

Abstract
The procuratorial supervision in administration includes procuratorial organs' supervision of specifically illegal administrative act and supervision of administrative litigation.The current procuratorial supervision in administration limits itself merely in lodging a protest against the effectively administrative adjudications,which has seriously affected the role of legal supervision functioned by legal supervision organs.It is a necessity to build an improved procuratorial supervision system in administration,so as to correctly carry out the national laws.
