Abstract

As a feature of higher vocational education,school-enterprise cooperation is the mechanism that school and enterprise cooperate based on respective benefits.School-enterprise cooperation guided by market demand for talents and aimed at practical talents training.This paper studied the reform and innovation of talent training models under school-enterprise cooperation,based on the practices in finance department of BIEM.
