Research into School-Enterprise Talent Training Mode in Higher Vocational Education

According to the current situation of school - enterprise talent training mode in higher vocational education,the paper analyzes the development plan of education reform both in China and in Jiangsu,the core content of school - enterprise cooperation and practice in recent years,offering project - oriented school - enterprise talent training mode.In allround cooperation between one school and several enterprises ',such concrete implementation plans of cooperation programs are discussed according to school - enterprise characters as requirement bank for professional posts,order- training, co- construction of specialty,course development,establishment of training rooms in enterprises,workshops in the school and school - enterprise - research base and the teaching team with dual functions in schools and enterprises.
