Practice and Exploration of Talent-cultivated Model of School-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational College

Higher vocational education aims at cultivating technical and skilled talents,and talent cultivation of school-enterprise cooperation is an effective approach to the excellent higher vocational education.Cultivating talents according to requirements of enterprise is a talent-cultivated model of school-enterprise cooperation,which is oriented by the enterprise demand for talents and students’employment,and this model emphasizes that school and enterprise should participate jointly training students’occupation ability.This paper mainly introduces thought,method and effect of cultivating talents according to requirements of enterprise,and analyzes types and features of this model in detail.
