Acupoint injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective To explore the use of point-injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the application.Methods 80 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 40 cases,the control group received conventional therapy,the treatment group and then with the control group on the basis of point injection therapy.Results The treatment group of 40 cases 26 cases markedly effective,effective in 16 cases,with a total effective rate 90.0% in the control group,9 cases markedly effective in 18 cases,with a total effective rate 67.5%,the total effective two groups,the difference was statistically significance (P0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupoint injection of both drugs,but also played the role of acupuncture treatment for neck low back pain,bone hyperplasia,osteoporosis,sciatica and other diseases,acupoint injection for treatment of lumbar disc herniation obvious effects worthy of clinical practice and application.
