Abstract

Objective:To observe the effects of daidzein on Free Radical Metabolism in Exercise Training Rats.Methods:30 healthy Rats were divided randomLy into 5 groups:quiet group, exercise training group, solution control group, daidzein group and daidzein+exercise training group. After four weeks, the rats were killed, the activity of Superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the content of malonaldehyde(MDA)in the heart, liver and brain were analyzed in all groups. Results:the results show that the activity of SOD in the heart and liver of daidzein and daidzein+exercise training group rats were significantly higher than that in the control groups, and the concentration of MDA in the heart, brain and liver of daidzein and daidzein+exercise training group rats were significantly lower than that in the control groups. Conclusion:The study shows that daidzein can clean the lipid peroxide of Exercise Training Rats, improve the abnormal peroxidative status of rats, and lighten the injury of oxidative stress.
