Abstract
Objective:To explore the feasibility about TURBT and TURP of homeochronous operative treatment on bladder cancer plus benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods: Clinical data of 25 patients had undergone excision of bladder tumor and prostatectomy simultiously were analyzed retrospectively.Results: All patients recovered without any prostoperative complications.4patients were tumor recurrence or regrowth with followed up,but no growth in prostatric nest.Conclusions: The TURBT and TURP of homeochronous operative treatment on bladder neoplasms plus benign prostatic hyperplasia is effective and safe.
