Abstract
Objective:To explore the TURBt and TUVP of homeochronous operative treatment on tumor of bladder plus benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:Clinical data of 28 patients had undergone excision of bladder tumor and prostatectomy simultiously were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All patients recovered without any postoperative complications.3 patients were tumor recurrence or regrowth withfollowed up,but no growth in prostatic nest.Conclusions:The TURBt and TUVP of homeochronous operative treatment on tumor of bladder plus benign prostatic hyperplasia is effective and safe.
