Abstract

Objective To explore the TURBt and TURP of homeochronous operative treatment on tumor of bladder plus benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Clinical data of 20 patients bad undergone excision of bladder tumor and prostatectomy simultiously were analyzed retrospectively.Results All patients recovered withoutany postoperative complications.6 patients were tumor recurrence or regrowth withfollowed up,but no growth in prostatec nest. Conclusion The TURBt and TURP of homeochronous operative treatment on tumor of bladde plus benign prostatic hyperplasia mihgt be effective and safe.
