The Inspiration to Chinese Legal Construction by Aristotle's Legal Thinking

Abstract

Aristotle had expounded the concrete ways of realizing rule of law in the book Politics in 326B.C.He stressed that the law to run state affairs must be good law,to advocate the holy authority of law and the rule of law is supreme the rule of human.These of his ideas have far-reaching impact on the development of western legal thinking.This article explores Aristotle's legal thinking system,pointing that fostering civil society is the social and cultural foundation to realize rule of law in the present China legal construction,while to establish good law must be realized by the natural evolution foundation of local resources.
