On Aristotle's Rule of Law Thought and Its Modern Reference Significance

Abstract

Aristotle put forward his Rule and Law Thought from the theory of human nature and epistemology and maintained that the law should have primacy,and meanwhile the enacted laws should be good law;At the same time for the realization of the theory,Aristotle discusses the specific ways to realize the rule of law from the legislative and law-abiding and many other aspects.
