A Study of Legal Thinking

The legal thinking is to take the law above human and make the power on impersonal thinking.The legal thinking is the principle of rule of law,legal concept,legal principle,legal methods and some technical legal provisions in the thinking of the binding performance.The general rule of law thinking not only has the legal thought of human civilization,but also has the particularity of China's rule of law thinking.Chinese law thought is in the specific application and innovation of Chinese specific practice of the rule of law of human civilization,is the abstract generalization and summary of rule of law in China in theory and practice.The particularity of Chinese rule of law thinking should not overtake the general rule of law thinking or vise versa.We must deal with the relationship between the legal thought of generality and particularity well.
