The Control Study of Olanzapine in Treatment of Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia

Abstract

Objective:To explore the curative effect of olanzapine in schizophrenia negative symptoms.Methods:60 patients with schizophrenia negative symptoms were randomly divided into research group and controlled group.The research group were treated with olanzapine for 12 weeks and the controlled group were treated with clozapine for 12weeks.The curative effect and the side effect were evaluated by SANS,BPRS and TESS.Results:The SANS scores subtraction in olanzapine group and clozapine groups was 7.06±9.91 and 6.88±9.52.There were significant differences between post-treatment and prior treatment in two group.But SANS scores subtraction in two groups was no difference.Conclution:Olanzapine and clozapine were effect in treating schizophrenia negative symptoms,but the curative effect between olanzapine and clozapine was no difference.
