Abstract

Objectives:To observe the effect of flurbiprofen axetil for early analgesia after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) in the patients undergoing remifentanil-based general anesthesia. Methods:Totally 117 patients undergoing LC,ASA I~II,were divided into three groups randomly.Flurbiprofen axetil(50mg) was intravenously injected at 10min before incision in group I(n=40);flurbiprofen axetil(50mg) or tramadol(2mg·kg-1) was intravenously injected, respectively,at suturing the incision in group II(n=38) or III(n=39).The medications for general anesthesia were midazolam, propofol, vecurum and remifentanil that were administrated intravenously. In PACU,the visual analogue pain scores(VAS) were record at 5,15,30 and 60min after extubation. Results:The VAS of group I was significantly lower than those of groups II and III(P0.05),and there is no significant different in VAS between group II and group III(P0.05).The ramsay score and incidency of nausea/vomiting in group III were higher than those in other groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Flurbiprofen axetil can provide the satisfactory postoperative analgesic effect after LC for the patients undergoing remifentanil-based general anesthesia, especially when it is administrated preoperatively.
