Abstract

Objective To explore the serum total bile acid(TBA) application value of joint detection and some indexes of liver function in clinical diagnosis of liver diseases. Methods from 2012 June to 2013 September in our hospital 120 patients with liver disease treated patients(including 30 cases,50 cases of acute cholecystitis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma in 40 cases) and40 cases of healthy control group, the serum TBA and liver function enzymes were detected in each group were compared, concentration index. Results in acute cholecystitis group, liver cirrhosis group and liver cancer group and healthy group, serum TBA,ALT,AST,GGT and ALP level was significantly higher; acute liver inflammatory group had the highest TBA level, liver cirrhosis group, hepatic carcinoma group were lower than TBA level in acute hepatitis group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0. 05). Conclusion the combined detection of serum total bile acid and liver function enzymes in clinical practice for the understanding and diagnosis of liver disease have a certain significance,is worthy of clinical popularization.
