Application value of combined detection of serum total bile acid and liver function enzymes in clinical diagnosis of liver diseases

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of combined detection of serum total bile acid and liver function enzymes in clinical diagnosis of liver diseases. Methods There were 120 patients with liver disease treated patients(including 30 cases, 50 cases of acute hepatitis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma in 40 cases) and 40 cases of healthy as control group from June 2012 to September 2013 in our hospital, the serum TBA and liver function enzymes were detected in each group were compared, concentration index. Results In acute hepatitis group, liver cirrhosis group and liver cancer group and healthy group, serum TBA, ALT, AST, GGT and ALP level was significantly higher; acute liver inflammatory group had the highest TBA level, liver cirrhosis group, hepatic carcinoma group were lower than TBA level in acute hepatitis group(P0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of serum total bile acid and liver function enzymes in clinical practice for the understanding and diagnosis of liver disease have a certain significance, so it is worthy of clinical popularization.
