On the Organ of Constitutional Supervising and Perfection

How to perfect the system of constitutional supervision is an important subject that now the world of the law is discussing. In order to perfect the constitutional supervistion ,first of all,we must difine supervision organizatioins. In this article, I'll explain that the right of the constitutional supervition must be exercised only by the National People's Congress according to the contents of the constitution text and realistic circumstance.In order to fit the need of constitutonal supervision specialization,a higher special constitution committee must be set up in the National People's Congress so as to make sure the constitutoin is carried out efficently.
