Research on the Establishment of Training System for Rural Talents in Higher Agricultural Education Institutes

It is an urgent need for developing agriculture and rural economy as well as an important task for higher agricultural education institutes to cultivate talented farmers who are good at management and making use of agricultural technologies.Higher agricultural education institutes,with Shenyang Agricultural University as the core,have adopted a series of effective measures to give training to cadres and farmers as well,eventually establishing an effective training system for rural talents.This article deals with the experiences accumulated in this work as well as the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures so as to provide reference for future work.
