Abstract

All the universities began to apply government procurement since August 2003 when the related official paper issued.In view of a large expenditure on education,a substantial proportion of funds will be used for procuring advanced educational equipment.Therefore,with the increase of the amount of government procurement funds in universities,it will be required enhancing the management level of government procurement of higher university.And how to improve the management level of government procurement is the focus of this issue.
