Abstract
Angelica volatile oil by the methods of supercritical CO2 extraction and microwave assisted extraction was discussed. The chemical components of the volatile oil were determined and analyzed by GC-MS.The main content of the volatile oil was ligustilide,an active substance in angelica sinensis. The extraction yield of supercritical CO2 extraction was lower to 1.9%,and the content of ligustilide was higher to 60%.The extraction yield of microwave extraction was 2.6%~4.4%,and the content of ligustilide was 30%~50%.
