Abstract

Volatile oil was extracted from angelica by the methods of steam distillation(NPSD),microwave extraction(ME)and ultrasonic extraction(UE).The chemical components of the volatile oil were determined and analyzed by GC-MS.The extraction yield of UE after 60 min was the highest to 97%. 23 same substances were found through the three different extraction methods, and the main content was ligustilide which was an active substance in angelica sinensis.
