Abstract
A volatile oil was extracted by the method of supercritical CO_2 flow (SC-CO_2), steam distillation(SD) and solvent extraction(SE). Chemical components of the volatile oil were determined and analyzed by GC-MS. The extraction yield of SC-CO_2 is the highest, also the components and the content of ligustilide remaine at high level. Supercritical CO_2 extraction can be used in extracting volatile oil from Angelica sinensis.
