Abstract
To compare the two different extraction methods for the volatile oil from Angelica sinensis, the volatile oil was extracted from Angelica sinensis by supercritical CO2 fluid and microwave-assisted extraction. The experimental result shows that the optimal conditions of the supercritical CO2 extraction are as follows: pressure 25 MPa,separating caldron I temperature 55 ℃,extraction temperature 45 ℃,extraction yield 1.9%;the optimum conditions of the microwave extraction include absolute ethyl alcohol as solvent, radiation time 150 s,microwave power 800 W,mass ratio of solvent to material 4.71 ∶1,extraction yield 11.2%.The extraction yield of microwave extraction is higher than that by supercritical CO2 extraction, but the qualities of the volatile oil is worse than those of volatile oil extracted by supercritical CO2.
