Abstract
According to the analysis on the contrition between present labor force condition and economic development in the rural area, this paper, which is based on neweconomic development theory,points out that the key to developing rural economy is to exploit rural human resources.In order to solve the real problems existed in the rural area and develop the rural economy continuously,healthily and stably, it is urgent to exploit human resources throughadult education.
