Abstract
It is important to develop rural human resource.It is the key to solve the three dimensional rural issues and improve rural economy.At present we are not optimistic of rural human resource as some problems have not solved.We need to take government regard,improve farmer income,deepen education system reform,boost town course,increase rural education investment,exploit international labor market,build rural human resource development system.
