Eight trends of china rural development in 21'century

Based on retrospection of characteristics of rural resources exploitation and problems existing in rural development' combining the deepening of marketing system in China economic innovation with more opening environment of rural development when entering the WTO,this paper reviews the rurality and rural resources in new century and give several countermeasures correspondingly on rural resources exploitation and rural development of China.:(1)strategy adjustment of rural industry structure under marketing system;(2)using agriculture technology as breakthrough to develop hi-efficient,ecological and innocuity ways to rural resources exploitation;(3)integration of agriculture industrialization and rural economy;(4)rural landscape resources exploitation and rural leisure development;(5)rural labor resources exploitation and rural human capital construction;(6)accelerating rural infrastructures development in order to develop landscape of towns and urbanizing;(7)rural environment resources exploitation and improvement and construction of rural human occupy environment;(8)integrate development of urban-rural economic system in order to advance urban-rural coordinating development.
