Relationship Between Rural Human Resources Development and Rural Economic Development

Abstract

The analysis shows that the obstacle to China's rural economic development is the poor human resource capital. To solve the problems of China's agriculture,countryside and peasants and develop rural economy steadily,the urgent task is to develop rural human resource capital,especially different types of education. Some policies are suggested here in the paper.
