Metoprolol for Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure Clinical Curative Effect

Abstract
Objective To analysis of metoprolol on chronic congestive heart failure,curative effect.Methods 70 cases of chronic heart failure patients,were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated to give strong heart,diuresis,ACEI drug;the observation group in the control group,treatment with metoprolol for G,the course of treatment was 3 months,two groups of cardiac index and curative effect observation.Results The observation group improved cardiac function,the total efficiency is better than that of control group(P0.05);The two groups before and after treatment of heart rate,blood pressure,LVEF change in observation group than in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol G can significantly improve cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure and the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients.
