Effect of B-Lynch suture on preventing multiple pregnancy bleeding after cesarean section

Objective To cesarean section in B-Lynch suture in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage effect.Methods Selection of early maternal pregnancy patients with cesarean section in 60 cases,were randomly divided into study group and control group,each group 30 cases,intraoperative after delivery of fetus were endometrial uterine contraction and 20 U injection.Research group of uterine lower segment cesarean section at the same time B-Lynch suture line,the control group with traditional uterine lower segment cesarean section,postoperative anal plug metre rope prostate alcohol 600 μg.The two groups were recorded during and after the operation,amount of bleeding and uterine complex feeding condition.Results The rate of postpartum hemorrhage,bleeding volume,postoperative hemorrhage,postpartum uterine complex feeding condition,study group compared with the control group with significant difference(P 0.05 or P 0.01).Conclusion B-Lynch suture in the prevention of cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage is simple,safe,and is an effective surgical hemostatic method.
