Abstract
Objective:To establish a determination method of roxithromycin with reversed phase high perfor-mance liquid chromatography(RT-HPLC).Methods:The RT-HPLC was performed on the Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 chromatographic column, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-(0.01mol / L) ammoni-um acetate buffer solution(70 : 30,pH = 6.5),the detection wavelength was 220 nm,the column temperature was 40℃.Results: There was a good linear relationship in range of 1.150-100.8 mg / L,r = 0.99977,the average recovery rate was 99.57%;the relative standard deviation was 1.23%(n=5).Conclusion: RP-HPLC determination method of roxithromycin has the advantages of simplicity of operation and speed rapidness.
