Abstract
Grape seeds contained seed oil and proanthocyanidins which were generally named plant poly-phenol.The extraction of proanthocyanidins from grape seeds was studied using supercritical CO2 extraction as the method at room temperature. The extraction rate of proanthocyanidins increased when methanol or ethanol was used as co-solvent.In addition, some determination of proanthocyanidins in grape seeds were stuided.
