Abstract
Oligomeric proanthocyanidins was extracted from grape seeds which obtained from grape wine factory. Some factors such as the choice of extraction solvent, the ratio of sample and extraction solvent, temperature and time of extraction was compared in this study. The optimal condition was determined by orthogonal experiments. The results were as follows:the extraction solvent is 70% acetone (v/v).The ratio of sample and extraction solvent is 1:8.the extracting solution was heated for 3h at 60℃.Under this optimized conditions, the content of oligomeric proanthocyanidins in extracts can reach to 7.88%.
