Abstract
The solvent reflux extraction process for proanthocyanidins from Defatted Grape Seeds was optimized by orthogonal design with L9(34) model. The extraction yield of proanthocyanidins was regarded as the index of examination. The influence of the extraction solvent concentration,temperature,solid-liquid ratio, extracting time were investigated herein.Optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows: extracting solvent was 70% ethanol, extracting temperature was 50 ℃,solid-liquid ratio was 1:7,extracting time was 50 min and extracting thrice. The extraction yield of proanthocyanidins from defatted grape seeds was 5.00% under the optimum conditions.
