Some Thoughts on Clinical Legal Education in the Chinese Context

With the progress of times and the construction of the rule of law,China's college law education should focus not only on the theoretical knowledge but also on the development of law students' practice ability.At present,the introduction of the clinical legal education is a new attempt to reform and improve China's law education.Some ideas of legal education should be upgraded and funding should be increased in this process.
