Abstract

Clinical legal education from America offered us a new form for law education and complemented the legal education in China.The paper summarized the basic content of the clinical legal education,analyzed the practical meaning of the clinical legal education combined with students' legal aid which is a form of Chinese clinical law education,pointed out the problems in the practical form and applied the countermeasures.
