Abstract
Clinical legal education is an important part of Chinese law education reform,and it plays a more and more important part in law education of Chinese universities.During the course of clinical legal education,universities should clarify the goal,define the concrete model in accordance with the existing conditions,formulate effectively the standard of clinical legal education and attach importance to the development of the students'awareness to study laws and regulations and their ability to accumulate information and data so as to enhance the effectiveness of clinical legal education.
