Abstract
In 2000,with Ford Foundation's support,clinical legal education has been introduced into our country's legal education.However,after several years of practice,clinical legal education is emerging several problems against our traditional legal education,which include the problems of coordination,clinic participation staffs,financial support and social identity.And these constitute the clinical legal education problems in plight of our localization process.Therefore,we should build a relatively broad legal education which should be called clinical law,and to draw experiences in clinical education,we should take the clinical legal education as the center of legal education to improve China's legal education.
