Abstract
Recently,the employment situation of colleges and universities graduates is very severe.The features are as follows:the main part of employment is distinct,the employment channels are diverse,the employment situation is various,the employment currents are different,and the employment process is based on law.In order to arrange graduates properly,first,governments at different levels should deal with correctly the relationship between the market disposition system and the macro-control;second,they should clear away the systematical obstacles of graduates employment;third,they should speed the construction of employment market of graduates;at last,they should perfect the guidance and service system of employment of graduates.
