Issues and Countermeasures for Rural Construction Lands

For a long time,the construction of rural residence is basically in spontaneous condition. The basic characters of rural residence lands are dispersible,disordered and low-level. How to do the management of rural residence lands well be a significant subject currently. By means of national statistic data,in this paper the conditions and issues about rural residence lands were analyzed. Then,the reasons were discussed. Finally,countermeasures and steps were also put forward to resolve the existing problems,such as enhancing rural residence land use planning,increasing the power of rural land adjustment,strengthening the construction of policy system and supervise,building up the law consciousness of peasants and utilizing the market economic measures.
