Abstract
In order to improve the optimal allocation of the land,population and capital between urban and rural areas,the practices of the city construction increase land and the rural residential land decrease by concentrating residence in rural areas have discriminately commenced throughout the country.Based on the analysis of the expectations of government and society for the centralized residence in rural areas,this paper evaluates the performances of the realization approach of centralized residence in rural areas,including urbanization of collective land for construction,intension and scale of farmers’residential land,as well as jus in re and scale of contractual rights on farmland.Finally,the construtive suggestions are provided.
