An Analysis of Problems in Rural Residence Land Use and Proposals Based on Surveys at Qixia City

Abstract

This paper analyzes the basic contents and characteristics of the current system of residence land use.It is discovered from the investigation of rural residence land use in Qixia County that problems persist such as one household having several housing lands,residence land exceeding the standard and residence land left unused.By analyzing the reasons for the problems,the paper puts forward suggestions for policy making.
