Probe into the English Teaching Methods for Vocational Higher Education——Investigation and Thoughts

This article concerns the project of suitable methods for English teaching for vocational higher education. It investigates the English level, interest in learning and learning purpose of the vocational students, and analyzes the teaching materials-textbooks for vocational students in different colleges or universities in Jiangxi Province as well. At the same time, it advocates that cultivating students' interest in English learning and choosing suitable teaching materials are very important in improving the English level of vocational students.
