Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the distribution of common pathogenic bacteria during the past nine years and to study the antibiotic resistance situation of common pathogenic bacteria in Yueyang in last year.[Methods]These pathogenic bacteria were identified by using API half-automicroscan system and conducted the antibiotic susceptibility test.[Results]3723 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated form 13942 clinical samples in our hospital, and the positive rate was 26.7%.The pathogenic bacteria distributed in 38 genera and 107 species. The constituent rate of gram-negative bacteria was higher than that of gram-positive bacteria. The most common pathogenic bacteria was coagulase negative staphylococcus(CNS)accounted for 15.7%,followed by staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, pseudomonas spp and acinetobacter spp.Staphylococcus spp were sensitive to Vancomycin,quinupristin/dalfopristin,nitrofurantoin,minocycline,fusidic acid, teicoplanin and rifampin, while the drug resistant rate of staphylococcus spp to penicillin, oxacillin and erythromycin amount to over 80%.Enterococcus and Streptococcus showed drug resistant against various antibiotics, for example, their drug resistant rates to the erythromycin and clindamycin were more than 88%,and they were most sensitive to vancomycin. The main gram-negative pathogenic bacteria(except Salmonella spp)showed sensitive to imipenem, meropenem and amikacin, while the rates of the drug resistant to gentamicin, cephalothin and cefuroxime were more than 60%.Salmonella spp was sensitive to various antibiotics.[Conclusion]The main pathogenic bacteria during the past nine years in this area were gram-negative bacteria. The pathogenic bacteria showed serious drug resistance except saimonella.Promptly monitoring the change of pathogenic bacteria and their drug resistance tendency plays an important role in guide the application of drug in clinic.
