Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of vitiligo treatment with Calcipotriol and Halometasone. Methods 98 cases with vitiligo were divided into 2 groups randomly, and the control group was topically treated with Halometasone once a day,and the treatment group was topically applied with Calcipotriol and Halometasone twice a day.The effect was observed after 1,4,12 weeks. Results After 12 weeks, psoriasis area index in treatment group significantly decreased than that of control group. The effective rate of treatment group was 81.4%,and the control group was 59.01%,the difference was statistical significant.ConclusionCombination of Calcipotriol and Halometasone was a safe and effective method for tratment of vitiligo.
